1. The service

Oh So SEO is a SaaS product that provides AI-powered SEO tools including site auditing, content generation, keyword tracking, and Shopify integration. The service is owned and operated by Oh So Fab, a Danish sole proprietorship.

2. Account

You must create an account to use Oh So SEO. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Oh So SEO for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. AI-generated content

Oh So SEO uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You own the content you generate using the service.

5. Shopify integration

When you connect your Shopify store, you grant Oh So SEO permission to read and write content on your behalf. We only access the data required to provide the service. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Danish customers will be charged Danish VAT (25%) where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, email hello@ohsoseo.io within 14 days of your first payment.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Oh So SEO available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

Oh So Fab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Oh So SEO. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
