1. Who we are

Oh So SEO is a SaaS product owned and operated by Oh So Fab, a Danish sole proprietorship. Our service is available at ohsoseo.io. You can contact us at hello@ohsoseo.io.

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password). We also collect data about your connected Shopify store (domain name, access token stored encrypted). When you use the SEO audit feature, we fetch publicly available information from the URLs you provide. We do not sell your data.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Oh So SEO service — including generating AI content, running SEO audits, tracking keywords, and pushing content to your Shopify store. We use your email address to send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase on servers located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data including Shopify access tokens. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to provide our product: Anthropic (Claude AI — for content generation), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Shopify (store integration), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@ohsoseo.io. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
